The terms and conditions are set out as follows:

We make every effort to describe our jewellery as accurately as possible, colours and images may vary.Our made goods are represented by photograph and colours vary. Individual hand cut pieces also vary.
We are able to accept on line credit card payment via PayPal and are happy to accept personal cheques through the post, although this system will require complete clearance before we are able to ship. Payments will be secure encrypted and all personal information protected. Furthermore, as required by the DATA Protection Act, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of personal information in order to prevent unauthorised access.never giveinformation to third parties.Alland postal ordersbe made payable to JEG Jewellery.

We aim to ship all items within two weeks, this may be longerwe need time to make up any items which are not currently in stock.are able to take commissions but delivery of commissions will depend on work in progress and weemail to discuss. A depost of 50% is required on all commissions.Wea bead stringing service and are able to make small repairs to jewellery.email in advance so that we can assess the items.Some jewellery is impossible to repair due tocomponents and heat can severely damage soft or semi precious stones.

If we are unable to fulfill an order we will notify you immediately and invite you to place the item on back order for despatch as soon as the item can be made up, if it is one of our unique hand made pieces, or restocked, if the item is from one of our outside suppliers.

Returns

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee.Please email us with your reasons for return and we will endeavour to offer a replacement or a full refund.We are unable to pay for return postage but would ask for all items to be returned either recorded delivery or registered post for insurance, with proof of posting.
We cannot accept returns for earrings for reasons of hygiene. Please inform us within three days of receipt if any item is damaged.We will not be liable if we are not informed within three working days if a piece is said to be damaged.

Returns may be made within 7 days of receipt with clear instructions as to why the return is being made.We are unablepay for return of postage.We cannot accept returns for any earrings due to hygene.We will endeavour to replace any faulty goods, failing which a full refund willmade but postage costs cannot be refunded.

All returns must be made with a certificate of posting as we cannot be held responsible for loss of goods via postal systems.All items sent Recorded Delivery will be receipted.
